1997 Chevy Blazer 4hi 4lo push button.4X4 NOT WORKING.

4x4 Not Woking

4hi 4lo push button lights up but still in 2lo.
I was told of a switch under battery, this thing did
nothing. I can here and feel a clicking noise at transfer
case motor,so is transfer motor bad or is there a seloniod at the motor bad????? PLEASE HELP!
