Sure its carburated?

How much fuel pressure is there at the rail. Use a fuel pressure check guage.

Your fuel injector spider my be cloged of defective
do you hear a noise when you start it that sounds like a small motor on the drivers side listen for that. That is the pump it my be out. Good luck these are very problum matic trucks
