my blinkers do not work?

1996 Chevy Blazer V6 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 96,000 miles

i dont know where the turning signal flasher is located on my 96 blazer. My turning signals are not blinking and the bulbs are good, which leads me to believe that the flasher is failing. if you could just tell me where to find the flasher i would really appreciate it, thanks

The flasher is in the distribution or center. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
