Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

We parked the blaser, and when we went to start it it just turns over, it has spark, and half of tank of fuel, is it the fuel pump in the tank, we also swaped out the fuel pump relay to no avail, is this pump in the tank and is there anything else that could cause this problem?
