Where is the fuel pump pressure switch located at?

Are you talking about the oil pressure switch in the fuel pump circuit? As long as the fuel pump relay is functional that switch can't kill the vehicle or keep it from starting. A faulty switch can keep the pump running, with the switch off.

My info says that switch is located top rear of engine close to distributor.

Thanks for your input.
So I can eliminate the pressure switch as the problem, Blazer will not start. I know its not getting gas- does not smell of gas when trying to start. Initially, the fuel pump worked outside the gas tank the first time I pulled the gas tank, but will not work anymore. I have live wires at the fuel pump and the ground is good. The relay seems to be working properly-swapped with horn relay and horn works! The sending unit for the fuel gauge no longer works either but did when it died before I pulled the gas tank. Is there anything else that would keep the fuel pump from kicking in when turning the key besides a bad fuel pump?

I'm not sure if you have tbi or the spider fuel system? At the pump connector, engine cranking, the gray wire is voltage for the pump, black is ground. If you have good voltage and ground with no pump action, I suspect the pump. I've never had any luck with a no load bench test on a fuel pump. Even bad pumps can run without a load on it, I've seen it.
