1994 Chevy Blazer Surges between 10-25mph

My sons full size blazer truck surges between 10 and 25 miles an hour when driving. We tried trouble shooting by replacing the spark plugs, plug wires, distributer cap, router, and coil, but still have the same suring issue. Any idea what else we can try or what the problem might be?

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
