I'm having a problem with a loss of power or slight hesitation when I start moving from sitting at a light. Also, the engine rumbles as well. I'v done a full tune up on this engine. At high speeds, I have no problems with the engines performance. I checked the fuel pressure and got 18 psi the, the pressure started moving slowly to 0 psi. I checked the fuel lines for leaks and didn't see any. I also put on a new fuel filter as well. Any ideas?
