I am able to start the engine with little to no issue, but if I try to turn on the lights or push on the accelerator pedal, the engine stalls out. Again, no trouble restarting, but problem persists. The only warning light glowing is the battery light on the dashboard, and the only performance change I have noticed is that when the engine first starts, it seems to rev higher than usual, and then returns to normal idle after about 5 seconds. I have left the car to idle for about 3 minutes with no stall, but again once any further drain is attempted, the engine stalls. Any thoughts?

Make sure the battery has a full charge and all battery connections coming and going are clean and tight. Then check the charging system. Some of the national brand autostores will make house calls, or You can take the battery off and take it to them, they will check and recharge where applicable.
