Still no brake lights

during the day when I come to turn or stop my rear tail lights don't come on. At night I have Parking lights but do not get brighter when making a stop. Already checked fuses and bulbs when step on brake hear a pop. Changed corroded wires on the trailer hitch wires. still no brake lights.

Hello !!

Start checking the brake pedal switch (on top of the brake pedal) make sure that its good and sending the signal (+) to the brake lights, also be sure that the ground on the wiring harness is clean good and tight..
