I have a Auto-Trans '92 S10 Blazer with 122,000 miles on it.
Everytime I make a sharp left hand turn, I can hear a really loud "clanking" noise coming from the front of the car. A friend of mine said it may be the trans-axel, but he wasnt really sure.
When I make right hand turns, I dont hear the noise really.
Any idea on what the noise is being caused by??

he's right, as long it's a 4x4. sounds like a bad cv joint. replace the axle.

Check the torsion bar mounts. they are on the cross member near the middle of the blazer.
