Code 13, engine is sputtering and barely running?

I Have the vehicle listed above k5 (v10 4x4) blazer mileage 202,636 with a manual transmission. Last night it I started running really badly, it's sputtering and barely running. I ran the error code and it's coming up code 13 which is o2 sensor circuit open. I replaced the o2 sensor, but it still didn't help.

If you are still getting the same code, then I would check the wiring/harness to the O2 sensor. If the O2 sensor wasn't bad/open, then it is probably the wiring.

Open wiring is the only thing that can cause this code or a bad ECM.
