1991 Chevrolet Blazer Repair Question

1991 k5 blazer code 13
I Have a 1991 chevy k5 (v10 4x4) blazer mileage 202636 with a manual trans last night it i started running realy bad its sputtering and barly running i ran the error code and its coming up code 13 wich is o2 sensor circiut open i replaced the o2 sensor still didnt help

If you are still getting the same code then I would check to wiring/harness to the O2 sensor . If the O2 sensor wasn't bad/open then it is probably the wiring.
