Hello i have a 1991 chevy s10 blazer, the engine is getting fire but not fuel. I have replaced the fuel pump, filter and relay switch. I tested the relay switch for current and am getting current from the switch for the aloted amount of time it is suppost to from the gray wire which is suppost to control the fuel pump. but i am not getting any current at the connecter that pluges into the fuel pump. is there something in between these two componants that i am missing and what is a prime switch it shows in my book. sincerely

if your getting 12 volts at gray wire at relay then the gray wire is broken. its a straight shot to the fuel pump. look under steering column under hood and check at the harness where it goes to frame rail. if ind this is the place where water gets into harness and you will probably find the gray wire rotted out. you have done the hard part, finding the wire should be pretty easy, you sound like you know what you are doing. get back to us if you have more problems. thanks

after checking the gray wire, i droped the tank agine and checked all the different points for current. Personal note, it helps to find a good ground for the circuit tester. had current all to way to the connecter harness for the pump. moved the prong a little bit closer together to where it would make great contact to the prongs on the pump. it works great. old pump was bad, hooked it to the battery and it did not work, good thing it got replaced. thanks guys.
