1979 Chevy Blazer Blazer looses power going uphill and stop

Blazer looses power going uphill and stops. Then if you let it "rest" for an hour (give or take), it will go up without hesitating.
It will run okay then for about 2 miles. Then it'll do the same thing.
It's okay on the flat. But we live in the mountains.
The transmission fluid levels are okay. We put fuel treatment in the gas tank thinking maybe condensation got in the line.
But still no luck.
Any Suggestions?

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
