1995 Chevy Beretta switch for headlight

My light are not working. I was told it is probably a switch, the only time my lights will work is when I have high beams and thats it. So where is the switch and how to replace it. Thanks. I was also told it could be a relay to, but I don't know which on that is.

You may need to check voltage to and from the dimmer switch.
