1995 Chevy Beretta 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i just put new coils on had spark the car started andthe the wire on the starter melted i fixed that then no spark

Welcome to the forum. Are you saying it cranks good, but, won't start? Engine cranking, no spark at plugs? Did you check for voltage to ignition module, pink wire, goes hot when you turn on the key. You don't have to crank. Any codes? Are you fully obd1 compliant?
