there is a hole in the fuel line just before the flare nut on the fuel filter and i was wondering if it was possible to cut the line where the hole is and put a flexible hose there.

you just can't put any hose on the fuel line as it takes 45 p.s.i. to operate your system.it would be better to just rplace that section of line with a another piece hooked in with farrels and flares....
