the car ran fine,shut it off and 30 min.later, engine cranks really slow and the starter sounds raspy and loud. So I replaced the battery and removed the starter.Took it to O"Reilly Autoparts and they tested it and it tested ok. Re-installed the starter ,cleaned the cables and contacts and still slow cranking and loud raspy starter. I am stumped. Can you help?
