Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump and also if the injectors are pulsing

Yes, I have fuel line pressure, and pulse to injectures

Is it the correct fuel pressure? If so check the valve and ignition timing

It has an ECM and hydraulic valves, fuel pressure is correct.
