my raditor fan will not turn but i have checked and the fan motor is still good what else could be wrong

Probable causes here could be the fan relay, coolant temperature sensor, engine coolant temperature gauge switch or wiring and the computer itself

You probably need to find a tech with a "scanner". He can watch coolant temp. If sensor is ok, fan should be turned at 195-215 degrees. If fan is commanded properly check relay and fan ground.
