Hello, my info didn't show a Beretta in 86, it did for 87.

Do you have a distributor or dis ignition, this info showed dis? Can you check for codes?

Can you you check for injector pulse? Take a connector loose from an injector, use an led test lite between the terminals on the connector plug, have a helper crank the engine, see if the lite pulses?

If your datalink connector looks like the above, you can use a jumper between terminals A & B, turn the key on, no crank, the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes.

Can you check fuel pressure?

Hello, your obd11, you need an obd11 code reader or scanner to check codes. The other procedure was for OBD1, you can't use it.

As far as checking injector pulse, with the engine cranking, go ahead.
