While driving my car I hear a loud humming sound. When I make a slight movement to the right the noise stops. It has gotton worse seens my accidetnt. Any idea on what it could be

I would have the suspension, steering & tyres inspected for damage from the accident.

Go get checked, as if there is a noise there may be a problem, so you should just get it inspected just to be safe.

My 04 recently did that, it turned out to be a wheel bearing that had cracked and chipped.
