Chevrolet Avalanche Repair Question

Vibration from 3rd to 4th gear
Bought a 05 with 23500 2 weeks ago. Just noticed a viration when I get to about 50-55 or when it shifts in 4th. But when im getting onto the freeway and giving her a little gas I dont notice it at all. Just seeing if anyone else is going through this also

start simple and have the u joints checked and the tires balanced and rotated

Had same problem on 2007 with 20,000 miles. transmittion cluthes coming apart. did a rebuild at about 1200.00 dollars and worked. repair tech said that water had gotten into the trans and that there is a service alert thatsays the water drain from the front window will under certain conditions actually run into the transmittion. seemed to be my problem
