2004 Chevy Avalanche V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 97000 miles
why wont my truck move while in drive but will move in 2nd and 1st.also works in reverse,i do not tow very often about once or twice a year,tranny fluid was a little low,tranny was flushed about 1 year ago,check engine light is not on

when in drive it sounds/feels like its in neutral correct??? 1st thing is 1st, do you tow, or plow with this vehicle? also, have you had a transmission flush done recently??? is the check engine light on??? also, have you checked the level of the tranny fluid?? we need a little more info on this before we can really start to diagnose what the cause may be.
