Hi.
While going to town on the back road yesterday I went over a small bump, at that point the dash light said "low fuel" the truck had 1/4 tank in it, however the motor died.
Thinking it was indeed a gas issue I phoned and a friend brought gas. I tried to start it but it wouldn't turn over and stay on.
We towed it home.
later that night when husband got home it wouldn't even turn over, and behaved like it was having battery issues.
Today I tested the old and replaced the battery. After waiting 5 minutes as told by the Napa guy, I tried to start the motor again. It did run for a little while, but would die in a matter of seconds.
Is this a fuel pump issue? or something else?
Thanks
Donna
