Power Steering and brakes went out on 95 Astrovan 4.3L.

I have a 95 Astrovan with a 4.3L with 200,000 Kms. Both power steering and brakes went out at the same time. The serpentine belt and fluids are all fine. Everything else seems to be working but it is very difficult to stop and turn.

Can you help me?

You probably have hydro boost system, which the power steering fluid runs through the booster to give you power brakes. I believe the pump went out and isn't circulating the fluid. Change the pump and you should be fine.
