2003 Chevy Astro Starter Car Doesn't Start

I just replaced the battery 5 months ago. All the lights go on. Fuel pump makes noise. No click when I turn the key.
What is wrong with my car?

Test the battery if okay make sure posts/cables are cleaned and properly tightened. Still nothing-could be the starter, park and neutral position switch, and ignition switch
