2002 Chevy Astro blower motor

2002 Chevy Astro 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

I am having trouble with the blower motor on this van. It works great for a long time and then it quites. Thier is no noise or anything. It will not work on any of the speeds then all of a sudden it starts working again. It doesn't seem like the switch is bad. Does anybody have the wiring schematics for this model? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
