Ok, about a year ago I went out one day to go somewhere and it would not start. My husband replace the cap and it started but I got about a mile down the road and it quit running while driving it. My husband notice that the cap had come off and found it was because he had not tightened it down all the way. The screw holes had been broke so we replaced it again. Did not start. So he checked the dist. Said it looked fine, we ended up replacing most electrical parts over the last year. The only thing not replaced were the wires and the brain. My son changed out timing gears even. We have an OBD2 code reader and it throws no codes. Last weekend a friend of my husbands said it sounded like timing. When he tried to start it it would crank but not fire and run. So when he attempted to time it he found a second timing mark, it had been on the first mark, and read in the book that for the 6 cyl. It has to be on the second one, so timing it to the second mark he tried to start it and now he does not even get click click click. No spark at all. I really need my van for I have health conditions and cant walk. Have any ideas?

Hi, thanks for the donation. sorry for the late reply. I'd probably have to double-check everything that has been done to the vehicle. Sometimes with a lot testing, the cranking will run the battery down, I'd have to make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good.
