1999 Chevy Astro KEEPS BLOWING FUSE

IT KEEPS BLOWING THE 20 AMP (ECM-I)FUSE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH IT BEFORE IT WAS RUNNING SHUT IT OFF AND WENT BACK ABOUT AN HOUR LATER WENT TO START IT IT WILL TURN OVER BUT WON'T START. STARTED CHECKING FUSE IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND FOUND THAT ONE BLOWED. WHAT ALL DOES THAT FUSE CONTROL?

That fuse supplies power to a PINK wire. And the whole circuit is PINK.

It goes to.
EVAP CANISTER PURGE SOLENOID VALVE
MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR
CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR
BANK 2 HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR #1
BANK 1 HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR #1
BANK 2 HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR #3 (it's got 3 on one bank?)
EVAP CANISTER PURGE VENT VALVE.
