REPLACED STARTER RELAY / FULEPUMP RELAY VAN STARTS RUNS OK THEN WORST VAN STARTS/STALLS/DRIVING VAN SHUTS DOWN STARTS IN NEUTRAL/ TODAY VAN STARTED AND STALLED 4 TIMES REPLACED FUEL PUMP 3YRS COULD IT BE FULE PRESSURER REGULATOR?

Hi:
You may want to check the fuel pressure regulator and fuel pressure. Is the check engine light on? It almost sounds electrical to me. Regardless if the light is on, try having the computer scanned for trouble codes. Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free.
