Hi, My Van Starts and Stalls. If I put fuel in the throttle body it will run rough for about 5 sec and stall. The fuel presure is 60 lb pump on 52 lb pump off. There is spark on plugs. The CPI has been changed to MFI. No codes on OBDII Scanner. The data from the OBDII scanner, rpm, coolant temp, O2 sensors, MAP pressure are good. The ignition advance on scanner stays on 0.Throttle position sensor reading 0.8 volts. New crank shaft sensor, new plugs, new rotor, new ignition wires, new fuel pump. The passlock does not seem to be in tamper mode because security light is not flashing. Is there a simple way to test cam shaft sensor or does anybody have any suggestions.

okay, you change the rotor did you change the cap?
Also, have you checked the spray pattern on the Injectors? You say you have spark at the plugs what color is the spark? It should be bright bluish/white. If it is orange the spark is weak.
