1998 Chevy Astro
i have electric windows, but once i put the driver side window down, it take 1/2 an hour to get it back up, it will only come up about 3 inches and then stops, wait 2 minutes and it will come up another 3 inches and so on an so on, its really annoying when your driving down the road, during the winter
