I lost oil pressure then replaced the oil pump had 60psi for 2 minutes then 40psi now 15psi what is the cause.

The pump doesn't determine the pressure. The bearing clearances do. Is there any knocking sounds from the engine?
Also, did you clean the oil pan when it was off? Make sure the heads are draining oil back to the crank case. If the drains are plugged, they could prevent oil from getting to the pan.
One last thing to try first, make sure the oil sending unit is good.
