Where is the fuel filter located?

Fuel filter is located under vehicle, driver side, below seating area, front of fuel tank, mounted on chassis in fuel line

You helped tremendously.My owner's manual was not helpful. Thank you so much and I'm hoping that will fix the problem for the cutting out.
