Have changed fuel pump / fuel filter / fuel flow seems weak and car cranks but wont start /tbi system

Is the TBI unit spraying fuel? If you mist carb cleaner in there will it run? Need to be sure that the injectors are hitting. When you replaced the pump, did you omit the pulse dampener that was between the pump and the tank unit? Those go bad and will bypass pressure causing a vast array of different problems
