Is spark coming out of the cap? if yes, how old are the ignition wires and plugs?...or what shape are they in?

I would see if there are any codes in the computer before going further. I would verify no spark with a spark tester and verify fuel pressure in spec with a gauge when the problem is happening.

ok the computer had only one code code 12
which I guess is supposed to be there

so i unhooked the map sensor to see if it would register
and it registered a code 34 which in the manual is map sensor
No other codes are showing though
Ipoured gas down the carb to see if it would fire but no luck

WE still need to verify spark and fuel. We need to know if both are mising or one of them is missing. IF there is no spark, then putting fuel into the carb won't matter. It may just one of them or both of them.
