Seems it takes a scan tool no one has, but I saw an article that shows how to use a jumper wire on the diagnostic port, but it says it's for years before 1995 are there instructions for 1995?

Hi,

The system on this model and year is an OBD1 system. You are correct. It would be difficult to find one of the scan tools that would work with it.

On the other hand, you don't need a scanner to retrieve codes on this. All that is needed is a short jumper wire or even a paper clip. Follow the directions in this link and let me know what codes you retrieve:

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

joe
