Car will not start after parking for a short period of time

Checked battery it is fine hit the starter it turned over but not from the switch. It was running fine my son took it to work stopped at a store would not start or turn over but it will turn over from starter, but will not turn on

Okay, if I understand it you can jump the starter terminals and it will turn over but not start, and nothing happens if you turn the key?
Take a test light and see if you get voltage at the starter terminal when you turn the key. If not I suspect you have a bad battery feed into the car.
Check the 50 amp maxi fuse (#3) in the right hand fuse block, and the starter fuse (10A) in the fuse panel at the left end of the dash. If those are okay check the starter relay in the right end of the dash. If you feel/hear it clicking but the starter is not working it could be a bad connection or bad relay. Swap the relay and see if the starter turns.

End up being the wires were cut on ignition cylinder took apart the steering wheel and found that put Bk together reinstalled and it started glad it did cause would of cost more to buy a cylinder then go to dealership for chipped key but need the car what they said over the phone would of been over $200
