Car will not start

Took my battery in for testing came back they said the battery was 100%. Put the battery back in the car still nothing. I tried jumping cables and the dashboard lights died and the fan does not turn at all.

Try resetting security system if no manual look online for your car with battery disconnected for testing will engage it.
