So my car for awhile has had a broken intake manifold bolt on the top two main bolts. And also it has the intake manifold from the Diamante. Anyways, it had a rich code until I replaced the inner intake manifold. It now has a lean code in both banks and also says cylinder two misfire. I also noticed for a long time now if the car is warm and sometimes when you start it the car will drop rpm and make a whirring noise from the back which makes me think it is the fuel pump. And now if you put the car in park it wants to shut off, but only in park or neutral.

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak somewhere. I would do a smoke test.

I also wanted to point out that I am still using my stock throttle body. And thanks I will get some carburetor cleaner tomorrow.

You can try carburetor spray, but it is not always the best way to check for a vacuum leak.
