Can't get power or start car

Checked everything! Starter, battery, spark plugs, distributer cap, altanater put gas ect but there is no power inside car and when I turn the ignition absolutely nothing happenes! What can it be? I tried for hours trying to figure it out and still nothing I know the engine is not seized because when I bridge the starter with metal the inging cranks but it won't start

Start by checking the fuse link wires. GM put them down by the starter. They tap off the larger battery cable terminal. Tug on them a little. If they act like a wire, they're okay. If one acts like a rubber band, it's burned open and must be replaced. They can corrode off too. If the wire can be scraped clean a new terminal can be soldered on.
