The A/C does not blow cold until I rev up to 3,000 RPM or so. Then blows cold...sometimes stops blowing cold...but another rev fixes it up. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Has anything been done to address this yet, have the pressures been read? You need to know that you have a proper charge amount, a properly installed expansion device(orifice tube), and a compressor capable of pumping. Sometimes the orifice tube is in backwards, sometimes it is clogged. Pressure readings can provide some insight. Look for possibly a slipping compressor, too weak electromagnetic clutch and/or excessive air gap between the drive plate and the pulley.
