Does it turn over/crank, or no starter engagement at all? If it does not crank, there is a connector stuffed down behind and to the left, of the p.S. Pump. It has a larger gauge purple wire that is the signal wire to the starter. Disconnected, you can check that a signal is present on the harness end, when you turn the key to start or, you can feed 12v to the starter and see if it engages. A test light will accomplish the first test, a fused jumper wire is recommended for the second.
