Do you have power AND ground at the blower? If you bridge the two wire blower connector with a test light, and it lights with the system on, you have a failed blower motor. There are 2 possible designs for blowers on your vehicle, a delphi blower, and a visteon blower. The first type has a cover to remove, a retaining tab to disengage, and you rotate counterclockwise. The visteon just has screws to remove. If you have no light when testing the connector, replace the blower control processor. It doesn't show that in the schematic, but the system may function by controlling the ground side, so it needs to be checked.
