Should be relatively simple. Reach under the front bumper to the rear of the lamp, and find the wiring that goes to the bulb connector. Twist the bulb about 30-45 degrees and it should disengage. You will feel it turn to a stop, and you can retract it from the lamp. Disconnect and install new one, being cautious not to touch the glass portion of the bulb, in the process. It will contribute to early failure.
