i want to adjust my drivers side door on a 2008 cadillac escalade. I am getting wind noise

How is the overall profile of the door, i.E. Edge gap and alignment? The upper window garnish is more than likely a cause, and/or a missing foam filler behind the outside rearview mirror. There is a bulletin regarding wind noise through gm, isn't the vehicle still under warranty?
