I have a 1999 eldorado when it sits for a couple days it will not start.Everything comes on far as interior lights but no crank. Then i wait a few minutes, and the car fires up.The battery is brand new the cables look great. The alternator reading on the dash is reading 14.3 volts so I know its charging. Also Notice this promblem getting worse now its winter were before it only did it some times.Any help why its doing it would be greatly appreciated.

Is that a Northstar?....Should be 4.6l Need to start by checking the starter trigger wire for 12 volts when key is in crank position.Bad news is that the starter on this is under the intake manifold. The starter trigger wire should be right next to the battery cable where it goes under the manifold. Front top of engine closest to battery. If it has it, starter is bad, if not get back to me.
