my 1996 cadillac el dorado wont start. I have a new battery. It has been suggested that it might be the factory security system. Could you please help me as soon as possible ? I need the car to get to work. Thanks, Erick Bonner Pittsburg CA.

do you have a meesage in the IP? theft enabled?

you probally need a new ign switch and key, after the repair the dealer will have to preform a theft relearn with a new ign switch
