1994 Cadillac EL Dorado car wont start

I drove my car home, it was running fine, I put a can of air cond. Recharge in went to start it and it would not even crank. When I turn the key lights, and monitoring system comes on but I turn the key and nothing happens! HELP

No cranking at all/nothing when key is turn to starting position

Could be a security system issue could also be one of the following:

A blown fusible link, the starter, starter relay, /park and neutral switch/and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
