1994 Cadillac El Dorado car wont start

1994 Cadillac El Dorado V8

I drove my car home,it was running fine, i put a can of air cond. recharge in went to start it and it would not even crank. When i turn the key lights, and monitoring system comes on but i turn the key and nothing happens! HELP

No cranking at all/nothing when key is turn to starting position

Could be a security system issue could also be one of the following:

A blown fusible link, the starter, starter relay,/park and neutral switch/and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
