Did this all of a sudden happen, or was there some work done prior? Check at first that the battery cables are clean and tight. If there is two positive ends, check that the lead spacer is in place. Also, in some circumstances, the positive battery bolt could be too long, and bottomed out in the battery before the cables are truly tight.
